The information Anduin collects is used to comprehensively understand your needs and interests, and permits Anduin to deliver a more consistent and personalized experience. For example, Anduin may use your information to:
- assist you in completing a transaction;
- communicate with you about products and services;
- provide service and support;
- contact you for market research regarding Anduin products or services.
Your information may be aggregated with other clients’ information on a purely non-identifiable basis to provide market data and to understand how our products are used to help make them better.
Customers of Anduin may electronically submit data or information to the Company’s services (“Customer Data”). This information will be transmitted solely for the purposes of completing your transaction. Anduin will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Anduin Terms of Service or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Anduin Terms of Service, Anduin may access Customer Data only for the purposes of providing the services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, product development or as may be required by law.
Policy on sharing your information
Anduin will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Anduin may share personal information with companies working on our behalf and Anduin-owned business entities for the purposes detailed above. Anduin provides you with reasonable access to your personal information so you may review and correct your information if needed. To safeguard your privacy and security, we will verify your identity through various means, such as by requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your data.
We ask that you update your information as and when it changes so any information used to serve you remains as accurate as possible.
